Payment Terms
1. When you pay
1.1. You pay at the salon after the service. Booking is free and needs no deposit. Gift cards and memberships are paid when you collect them or when the e-card is issued.
2. Payment methods
2.1. WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay cards, Visa and Mastercard, and cash in CNY. We do not take payment details on this website.
3. Receipts (fapiao)
3.1. Ask at the reception for an electronic fapiao; we send it to your email or WeChat.
4. Points and discounts
4.1. AURUM Circle points can pay up to 30% of a bill (1 point = ¥1). Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Discounts are applied before points.
5. Refunds
5.1. Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. For a membership, we refund what you paid minus the regular price of the visits you have already used. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
