Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 Nov 2026These terms apply when you use this website and book services at AURUM Hair & Beauty. By booking you agree to them.

  1. 1. Booking

    1.1. You can book online, on WeChat or by phone. An online booking is a request: the salon confirms it by message or phone. No deposit or prepayment is required.

    1.2. The time shown for each service is an estimate. Long colour services may take more or less time depending on the length and condition of your hair.

  2. 2. Cancelling and rescheduling

    2.1. You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel later or do not come, we may ask you to confirm your next booking by phone.

  3. 3. Arriving late

    3.1. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the service or offer another time so that other guests are not kept waiting. The price of a shortened service is agreed with you before we start.

  4. 4. Prices

    4.1. Prices are in Chinese yuan (CNY) and include VAT. Hair prices depend on the stylist level. Prices marked "from" depend on hair length, thickness and condition; your stylist confirms the final price before starting.

  5. 5. Promotions and discounts

    5.1. Promotions are valid for the period and services stated in their terms. Discounts do not combine; if several apply, the larger one is used. We may end a promotion at any time; bookings already confirmed keep their price.

  6. 6. Gift cards and memberships

    6.1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used for any service at either salon, over several visits. Memberships are personal and valid for the period stated on them. Neither can be exchanged for cash.

  7. 7. Health and allergies

    7.1. Please tell us about allergies, a sensitive scalp, pregnancy or recent treatments before your service. We can do a patch test 48 hours before colouring. We do not give medical advice.

  8. 8. Reviews and photos

    8.1. We may publish reviews you leave about us, signed with the name you chose. We photograph your hair for social media only with your permission.

  9. 9. Intellectual property

    9.1. The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to AURUM Hair & Beauty. You may share links to the site, but please do not copy its content without permission.

  10. 10. Liability

    10.1. We do our best to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. If you are unhappy with a service, tell us within 7 days and we will correct it free of charge where possible.

  11. 11. Applicable law

    11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first resolved by talking to us; otherwise they go to a competent court in Shanghai.
